The Pros to Working From Home for Leapforce

As you can tell from my Leapforce review, I love working from home!  As with all things there's pros and cons to working from home but I have to say there are many more benefits than drawbacks.

  1. No Babysitters and No Daycare - Staying home with the kids is important to me but it's not easy to live on a one income household.  Leapforce is flexible and I make my own hours.  I can choose how much or little I want to work.  This is perfect for my family!  This means I can be there for my kids and don't have to use all of my paycheck to pay for child care.  It's just not economical to work and then have to pay for childcare.
  2. No Commute and No Gas - Gas is expensive!  Working from home means no paying for gas to commute to work and having no commute means more time to either spend working or spend doing other things.
  3. Every Day is Casual Day - Getting up in the morning and working in your PJs is fabulous!  This doesn't mean it's okay to go to the store in your PJs or not shower, but it's awfully nice not having to get up and immediately have to shower and get dressed up.
  4. No Guilt Sick DaysNobody can completely control getting sick or having sick kids, but that doesn't mean that your boss will be understanding.  Working from home means you don't have to worry about taking too many sick days and upsetting your employer.  If your kids are sick, you don't have to feel guilty about staying home with them.  Another bonus is depending on how ill you or your kids are, you very likely may be able to get some work done.  Just stay in your PJs and work from bed if you feel up to it.  No guilt, no stress, just take care of what you need to without worrying about upsetting your boss!
  5. Vacation on Your Own Schedule - Life can't be all about work.  Everyone needs to find time for fun!  Working for Leapforce has allowed me to take time off without having to arrange it around anyone Else's schedule.  Not only does this include vacation time, but also time for scheduling doctors appointments, dentist appointments and other unavoidable appointments.
  6. Volunteer at School - Working at a regular job often means missing out on volunteering at your child's school or going to their school events such as holiday parties and field trips.  Since I set my own schedule for Leapforce, I'm don't have to miss out on these important memory making moments with my kids.
  7.  Summertime Means No School - Unless you're a teacher, if you work away from home, the summer months means finding childcare for your school aged kids or letting teenagers fend for themselves while you're at work.  Studies have shown that kids and teens who's parents are involved and present are less likely to get bored and get into trouble.  Being able to stay home is priceless!
  8. Control Your Paycheck - One of the greatest things about working for Leapforce is that you have the ability to control your own paycheck.  What I mean by this is if you decide you need to increase your paycheck, you can work as many hours as you want so you can do this.  If you want to work 80 hours per week, you can and on the flip side, if you want to take it easy and only work a few hours per week, you can do this.  The flexibility is one of the most attractive things about working for Leapforce.
Leapforce is not a pyramid type business where you have to recruit other people in order to make money.  Leapforce pays an hourly wage for the work you do.  If you're at all interested in applying for a position with Leapforce, feel free to click on the link below and good luck!!!
